 About Janiece Spitzmueller
Hello, Hero! I’m Janiece Spitzmueller — a seasoned attorney and Ivy League educated neuroscientist with expertise in child development and a certification in college admissions advising. I have served over 25,000 parents, over 10,000 children directly and have 25,000 teaching hours. My experiences in law and education have given me insight into what parents can do to protect their children’s well-being, and voids in public education and how to fill them.Â
I’ve been featured in the NYSBA Municipal Lawyer and the NYSBA Government Law & Policy Journal,  and by the New York County Lawyers Association, the Association of Psychological Science and my alma mater, Teachers College, Columbia University.  I’ve helped thousands of children and adults with their personal, academic and professional development.
Before becoming a college admissions advisor, I focused on what impacts a child's brain development. Then I discovered what students need that schools don't teach. Now, I guide parents on how to empower their children and nurture their potential.Â
